At SBC, we want to see our children come to faith in Christ and grow in Him. Although we encourage parents to play the primary role in the discipleship of their children, we want to offer as much support in this calling as possible by investing in children and equipping parents.
Steps of Discipleship
We have five stages of discipleship we aim to move our children through, celebrating each milestone as another step forward in their walk with the Lord.

Nursery
Our care for children starts at day 1. We have a loving and competent nursery team that provides childcare for children 0-24 months during worship. This care is also provided during Sunday School and most Wednesday evening gatherings.

Pre-School
In addition to nursery, we also provide Sunday School for all pre-school aged children and classes on Wednesday nights. We also provide a worship class for 2 year olds during morning worship to help prepare them for big church at age 3!
K-5th Grade
Our chidlren's ministry to grade-school children is very active. We provide classes to this age group during Sunday School and on Wednesday nights.
Events
In addition to our regular gatherings, our children's ministry has many special events throughout the year including Vacation Bible School and Children's Ministry Camp @ Camp Linden each summer!
